- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after the payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping cost is paid by the customer and is a flat $7.00.
3. Domestic Shipping
- We ship to all 50 states in the United States.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day, overnight). Please message us if you need expedited shipping.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future, and we will notify customers when that option becomes available.
5. Order Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier.
- If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an address is found to be incorrect, we will do our best to correct it, but this may delay your shipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Items

- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.
9. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary for these addresses.
